What ages is Halo Play for?
Everyone from crawlers to big kids. Every zone is open to all ages, so brothers and sisters can play together, and there are gentler areas for little ones finding their feet. Grown-ups are welcome to climb in too.
Do I need to book, or can we just walk in?
You are welcome to walk in whenever there is room. Booking ahead saves you the queue at the counter and locks in your spot, which is worth doing on weekends and school holidays.
How much does entry cost?
A 1 hour pass is $21 on weekdays and $26 on weekends. Unlimited play is $25 on weekdays and $30 on weekends. Babies under 12 months are $10 on weekdays and $15 on weekends.
Do adults have to pay?
No. Grown-ups play free with a paying child.
What do we need to bring?
Just socks. Grip socks are required for everyone, kids and grown-ups alike. Forgot a pair? You can grab some at the counter.
Is there food and coffee?
Yes. There is a proper café right beside the play zone, with real coffee and a menu for adults and kids to share. Sit down, you have earned it.
Where are you and where do I park?
We are on Level 1 of Westfield Tuggerah, 50 Wyong Rd, Tuggerah NSW 2259. Park in the Westfield car park and head up to Level 1.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Wednesday 9am to 6pm, Thursday and Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 8:30am to 7pm and Sunday 8:30am to 6pm. Weekend hours can change for private events, so check our Instagram or call before you head in.
How do birthday parties work?
Pick a package (Open Play, Semi Private or Exclusive Use), choose your date and time block, and secure it with a 50% deposit. The rest is paid on the day. We set up and run the session so you get to enjoy the party instead of running it.
How many guests can come to a party?
Open Play suits 6 to 16 kids in a reserved play area. Semi Private and Exclusive Use both take up to 60 guests.
Is there a discount for paying in full?
Yes. Call us on 0434 388 339 and ask about the pay-in-full discount for parties.
